We recently added a Homag CNC router to our shop to help improve the quality and consistency of our cabinets while keeping up with tight schedules. It handles some of the repetitive tasks, which frees up our craftsmen to spend more time on the detailed work that really makes a difference. 

To build true Euro frameless cabinets, you need a high-quality edge bander—so we invested in the best available. This machine allows us to produce clean, durable edges and gives us the confidence to deliver casework for commercial, medical, and educational facilities. Euro cabinets are also becoming increasingly popular in modern home builds. 

This machine came with the original purchase of the shop and has been a true workhorse. While it’s used less in daily production now that we’ve introduced the CNC, it’s still crucial for projects that require compound miters and quick panel breakdown. 

“They don’t build them like they used to” perfectly describes this vintage saw. We use it mainly for ripping hardwoods and the occasional dado, and it has the power and capacity to handle just about anything we throw at it. It’s one of the smoothest, most reliable saws we’ve ever worked with. 

An extremely accurate saw used for cutting face frame material to length. It delivers smooth, square cuts, exactly what’s needed for clean, precise face frame construction. 

We have a variety of shapers and cutters that we use to produce molding, mill door parts, and a wide range of other architectural components. In many cases, we’re able to reproduce molding that’s no longer available or create one-off millwork that would otherwise take weeks to order. 

From face frame tables and wide belt sanders to door clamping tables and cabinets full of hand tools, our shop is fully equipped to take on jobs of any size. And when a project requires a tool we don’t yet have, we’re always willing to make the investment to expand and improve our capabilities.
